Shipping

Items that are in stock will ship within three business days.  Some items, such as furniture and some lighting, must be special ordered.  Expect anywhere from 2 weeks, and in rare cases 6 months for delivery.  We will notify you if a backorder is expected to be delayed longer than 3 or 4 weeks.

Shipping charges are as follows:

Please call or email on furniture items.  Shipping charges vary according to area & weight.  We do not ship outside the Continental United States.   Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Location

Our address is 118 Midway, Spring, Texas  77373.  We are located approximately 30 miles north of Houston in "Old Town Spring," a restored railroad village with over 100 specialty shops.
